Sales & Service Manager

Looking for a results-oriented manager to lead a team of delivery/customer sales personnel in exceeding our customer expectations. Our Sales & Service Managers direct our Customer Sales Reps and Route Managers to deliver the best quality service to our customers. Job Functions Responsible for managing service team within your district.Conduct customer audits, problem solve, and train new Route Driver/Customer Sales Representatives.

 

QualificationsMust have 2+ years in a Customer Service role. 2+ years previous responsibility in conducting training, goal setting, managing employees and employee relations. Willing to work hard and having a good job tenure and job history.Must be growth oriented and career minded. Excellent communication skills Have a friendly and helpful attitude. Must be able to work independently and resourcefully to meet established goals. A good driving record.A BA/BS degree is preferred.
