The Salesforce System Aministration Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development of functional application specifications and systems design for our Salesforce.com system. The analyst communicates with users and the application programming staff to coordinate and develop detailed functional specifications and flow charts for program creation and enhancements. Designs forms and reports and participates in the testing of new applications. Administers and executes project systems involving operation, simulation, test or support requirements with real-time applications. Develops documentation associated with computer software and analyzes software data acquired during Salesforce systems testing. 1. Aids in the development of functional specifications for new applications or enhancements to existing Salesforce.com application.
2. Works with customers to analyze current procedures and suggests process or salesforce system revisions. Works with administrative and research programmers to insure understanding.
3. Participates in studies analyzing user requirements, performs a cost analysis, identifies alternate systems approaches, and develops recommendations based on prepared reports for presentation to the end-user.
4. Assists with the testing, installation, and implementation of new/improved Salesforce.com systems.
5. Performs other duties as requested or directed.


*Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related field with systems experience. Preferred qualifications include graduate studies and/or continuing education courses in systems administration.

*Knowledge of Salesforce.com required.

*Knowledge of computer software systems including spreadsheets and databases.
*Ability to provide professional and interpersonal communication when interacting with others.
*Must be able to multi-task.

*Knowledge of OutlookSoft (now acquired by SAP) would be a bonus.
