The Wilson Companies located in Westmont is looking for a Recruitment and Training Manager. In this newly created position the expectation is he/she will be a key member of our management team. Expectations are as follows:

 Recruitment

·  Proven history of innovation in recruitment techniques.

·  Ability to evaluate and qualify candidates.

·  Conduct appropriate testing and background checks.

·  Work with management in qualifying job requirements.

 Training

·  Manage career development for Wilson Company staff.

·  Develop and implement orientation, business related training and ethics training.

·  Special projects as assigned.

Requirements:5 years minimum experience in recruitment and trainingCollege degree
