IntePros Consulting is a Technology Staffing firm specializing in the placement of contract and permanent IT consulting professionals. IntePros is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our outstanding New England Team.  The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successful account management, preferably in the IT staffing industry, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and, most importantly, a passion for team success.  This position will require the right person to work within a fast paced internal team environment, building long-term relationships with selected Regional area clients. IntePros Account Executives are responsible for all facets of the sales cycle within the IT professional placement field including but not limited to:

· New Business Development through extensive cold calling, networking, candidate interviewing and other creative techniques. New/existing client consultative account identification and development.

· Identifying and managing New England IT staffing requirements

· Effective team building with internal recruiting professionals, other Account Executives, regional management and support personnel

· Superior client/candidate support

All new Intepros professionals will be trained on the “IntePros Way” of doing business. New hires will receive internal classroom and external training during their initial three months with the company. IntePros offers a highly competitive benefit package, including:
