Description:



Job Purpose:

Builds effective business by identifying key decision makers and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients, developing, structuring and executing strategic sales plans.


Duties:

* Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of proper solutions; supervises/manages sales groups, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members when required.

* Identifies business and client opportunities by identifying specific office document handling solutions according to market segments, valuating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing strategic sales options.

* Sells office document solution products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; enhancing cost/benefit ratios.

* Maintains relationships with clients by providing pre and after sales support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

* Identifies office document product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

* Prepares business reports and market sales plans by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing pertinent document management market information.

* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops promoted by the company; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.


* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:



Candidates must have proven experience in the copier, printer, scanning and document handling segment.
