Senior Administrative Officer

Capstone’s Military / Civil Operations division is currently seeking several motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience as a Senior Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities:
· Provide Senior Administrative Operational Support to Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) organizations.
· Maintain appropriate records and serves as the office focal point for acquisition, accountability, and of overtime funds, travel funds, supplies, equipment, space allocation, and expendables necessary for the orderly conduct of operations.
· Draft, process, catalog, file, and maintain correspondence, messages, and other documentation. Activities include word processing, typing, editing, marking classification, preparing envelops, annotating writer information, assembling completed correspondence and documents for review, approval and signature; making copies; retaining office copies; and placing them in official files; prepare classified mail and packages for the Defense Courier Service.
· Serve as an assistant to the COMSEC custodian, hand receipt holder and office Security Officer (SO).
· Establish expertise on current Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and established procedures, and draft new procedures as required for government approval. Sub-tasks shall include keeping abreast of and annotating changes to these documents.
· Maintain up-to-date databases.
· Perform database management support, including requests and associated paperwork, database (Basic) development and population, integration of imagery files into databases, and other systems support to track and monitor actions.
· Maintain records of equipment, housing, property, security, supply, and vehicle accountability, maintenance, and related records.
· Receive and process reports.
Serves as a Deployment Manager, responsible for coordinating the in-processing of personnel for worldwide deployments.
· Supervise and coordinate requests for travel orders, training, pay advances, security clearances, and issuance of logistic and field equipment.
· Coordinate with DoD and non-DoD support agencies on behalf of the field elements; perform other duties as assigned in support of the Staff Management Division.
Qualifications:
· Applicants must possess a working knowledge of policies and procedures governing travel of DoD personnel, control of highly classified materials, to include security regulations and directives, and DoD and DIA Record Management System.
· 5 years of recent administrative or operational support experience to intelligence agencies.
· Active TS/SCI clearance required.
