Senior Billing Specialist

Immediate opportunity at our corporate headquarters in the Buckhead/Midtown area of Atlanta, GA for a Senior Billing Specialist.  The Senior Billing Specialist is responsible for batch posting; printing and mailing of customer invoices; compiling and completion of specific client promotional billing; reviewing and analyzing large amounts of data for accuracy and transferring to Excel per client specifications; and other duties as directed by the Accounting Manager.

The technical skills required include MS Office Excel intermediate to expert skills; minimum of 3-5   years' working knowledge of basic accounting principles (A/P, A/R, payment applications, reconciliations, debits and credits); and, Great Plains financials a plus.  Experience with other enterprise software also desirable.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail; excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be a motivated multi-tasker; possess excellent problem-solving skills, able to proactively consider solutions; and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
