Senior Change Management / Organizational Development Consultant

Just a few examples include managing across-enterprise change efforts for high profile mergers and acquisitions, aligning employees with the corporate brand promise, helping companies to increase their leadership's capabilities and supporting employees through business transformations or corporate reorganizations.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, business savvy individual to join our small but growing company with a focus on organizational development and change management solutions.

Of course our clients come first so the individual's primary focus is the delivery and management of large-scale change efforts for them.


 

Responsibilities:

 

It is important in candidates' previous experience that they have led the following types of activities preferably in large global organizations:Designing and conducting organizational readiness assessmentsDeveloping organizational effectiveness and change management strategies and plansFacilitating clients through stakeholder analysisFacilitating stakeholder alignment on a common visionDeveloping and implementing internal communications, training, process modeling and performance management solutions

 

Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Leading internal initiatives and assisting with ongoing business development and client managementDeveloping and facilitating workshops and webinars for clients and industry conferences

 

Qualifications:Ability to develop excellent credibility and rapport with people at all organizational levelsApproaches change management from a business perspectiveTakes initiative and is self-directedExemplary facilitation, analytical and project management skillsAbility to assess and manage client expectationsAbility to work in team environments as well as independentlyExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong work ethic with commitment to high quality and customer focus Ability to oversee and direct the work of others on projectsExperience in developing brand strategies is desirable

 

Requirements:A minimum of 7 years experience in leading and developing change management and organizational development strategies and solutions for large global organizationsUndergraduate degree in related field is required (MBA, MS, MA or PhD degree in related fields preferred)Previous consulting experience strongly preferredWillingness to travel - typically less than 30%Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint   Must reside in San Francisco Bay Area (no relocation provided)
