EEO/M/F/D/VThe Senior Implementation Analyst is responsible for product and technical support during our Third Party Sales (TPS) process plus managing new client implementations and ongoing existing client implementation projects. The Sr. Implementation Analyst is responsible for coordinating, scheduling and tracking all aspects of assigned implementation projects. This position will also provide product and technical support to the sales staff and this support may be onsite with the customer or by conference call or webinar. The Sr. Implementation Analyst is responsible for project team assembly and adherence to the project plan deliverables. They must be able to concurrently manage multiple projects ranging in size from medium to large and be capable of working with Executive-level personnel. This position will require minimal travel. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management or equivalent related experience is required. Must have at least 3 years related project management experience. Experience in transaction processing or retail POS is also required. Must have excellent skills in strategic thinking plus strong experience in business and technical planning. Must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and experience in conducting training sessions.
