We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Senior Manager to join the team. The Senior Manager is accountable for a Lead Generation Team of 30-40 Sales Associates and directly oversees 1-2 Inside Sales Managers. Primary responsibilities include motivating, mentoring and developing the inside sales team to drive business and support the outside sales force. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales Development and works in partnership with the senior sales management team. Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: · Day-to-day management of the inside sales staff against individual and team performance · Delivers informal performance feedback and formal reviews for each Sales Associate· Partners with sales management and leadership team to discuss revenue goals along with the creation and execution of weekly, monthly and quarterly plans· Provides hands-on training for new Sales Associates· Serves as a resource for scripting calls as well as handling typical objections · Serves as a career steward regarding advancement opportunities throughout CEB· Coaches, mentors and develops the inside sales team so that each team member has an opportunity to for success· Forecast attrition and take necessary steps to remain fully staffed Qualified applicants should possess the following: · 5-10 years experience with varying aspects of inside sales (including lead generation)· Exceptional time management skills· Strong force of presence, ability to motivate and lead a team, positive attitude· Proactive approach to problem solving· Ability to handle sensitive staff issues both confidentially and professionally· Exceptional poise, maturity and judgment· Flexibility and grace under pressure· Sense of humor, ability to have fun, interest in building a strong culture and high performing team· Bachelor’s degree Our employees enjoy the following perks: · Comprehensive / competitive benefit package· Attainable production goals· Competitive compensation packages that include base salaries, bonuses and commissions· Casual work environment· Paid training· Ongoing development programs· Growth potential throughout the company· Superior recognition and reward programs.
