Senior Proposal Writer SOURCECORP is a leader in the business process outsourcing and consulting industry. Demands of our services have created an exciting opportunity for a Senior Proposal Writer. The primary role of the Senior Proposal Writer is to provide leadership for the proposal development process, with responsibility for enhancing the winning position of each assigned opportunity. The Senior Proposal Writer directly supports the sales and operations teams, by managing the workload and providing direction to the proposal generation team.  This individual will be responsible for responding to requests for proposals as well as creating presentations and other marketing documentation associated to the sales cycle.  In addition to proposal generation, this individual will supervise sales support staff throughout proposal development and production cycles.   Required experience and skills include: ▪ B.A. in English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field;▪Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the direct management of large, competitive proposals for a variety of industries;▪ Excellent written and oral communication skills;▪Comprehensive knowledge of the evaluation process and lifecycle capture activities;▪ Experience coordinating assigned proposals through each stage of the proposal development lifecycle;▪Experience leading or participating in formal proposal reviews and making recommendations for content improvement and/or compliance;▪ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools;▪ Must be a leader and  driver of tasks▪ Able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment▪ Excellent presentation skills; polished and professional with clients both internally and externally.▪This individual must have demonstrated excellent skills in planning, organizing, strategy development, scheduling, compliance checks, status reporting, and all related tasks necessary to respond effectively to a variety of procurements.  Direct experience in outsourcing solutions in a wide range of vertical markets would be a definite asset.
