Summary:
Provides regional / business management teams with recruitment leadership, workforce and staffing strategies. Works within established company guidelines and values to develop innovative approaches to attracting, selecting and retaining employees. Partners with business leaders to take advantage of recruitment opportunities.
General Job Duties: Full cycle recruitment activities Consult with hiring managers on staffing objectivesWork collaboratively with human resource leaders on all workforce initiativesDevelop recruitment strategy Manage, direct and facilitate sourcing efforts as required by the needs and relevancy for each openingDevelop and utilize creative talent pools and sourcing strategies to secure qualified candidatesMine existing database for candidates and networking opportunities Pre-qualify and evaluate candidates using behavioral interview techniques Manage interview and selection processesDevelop and deliver employment offers Conduct rigorous reference checks Education Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in an agency or high volume corporate recruiting functionExperience recruiting within the energy and technology industry a plus Proven candidate sourcing experience including direct recruitment Formal training in behavioral interviewing techniques (DDI ‘s Targeted Selection Interviewing preferred) Skilled user of database tools for recruitment (applicant tracking systems) Must have excellent closing, organizational presentation and communication skills Must be able to develop strong working relationships Must be able to recruit and work effectively with all levels of candidates and management Must work well in a team environment A thorough understanding of employment laws Ability to function in a fast paced environment is essential
Organizational Relationships: Reports to Senior Manager of Recruiting

Travel within geographic region and corporate offices – approximately twenty-five percent
