Senior Recruiter Summary

A huge Fortune 100 Financial Services firm in Seattle is looking for multiple Senior Recruiters to join their team. The Senior Recruiters will be working in this firm's high-profile and growing group! Candidates will begin immediately!

Senior Recruiter candidates must be able to work onsite. They will be recruiting for business development, relationship managers, and area managers for the firm's growing small business division. They will also be responsible for a particular region in the country.

Candidates for this position must have outstanding sourcing skills. They will be doing your own sourcing and cold calling into competitors to recruit passive candidates. The expectation is a minimum of 40 cold calls daily, producing at least 5 leads. Senior Recruiters will develop a candidate pipeline nationally and perform direct sourcing into competitors. They MUST have strong negotiation and closing skills, and have executive-level communication skills.

Researching leads, cold calling, networking, negotiating, closing, and client management skills are crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Recruiting and Sales. You will be working with six-figure income professionals who are likely currently employed, selling them on the benefits of joining the company's growing Small Business Team.
