Service Dispatch Coordinator

Advanced Business Machines has an opportunity available for a Service Dispatch Coordinator.

Advanced is a 40-year-old RI Company representing the Sharp brand of Digital Office Equipment, one of the industry’s most highly acclaimed product lines.  Business is moving at a faster and faster pace, and the solutions and service that we provide are central to the communication of information on a global level.



The responsibility of the Service Dispatch Coordinator will be to perform dispatch operations of our service department, parts ordering & fulfillment, and to be the key individual to coordinate incoming service calls to available technicians to provide the fastest possible response time.  This position ultimately ensures the highest level of satisfaction for our base of clients.  Strong Customer Service skills are required.

This position requires a minimum of similar successful work experience.  Copier repair experience, Computer / Networking training or certifications are preferred.
