Shipping Specialist

 

If you’re an experienced Shipping Clerk, LegalZoom.com needs someone like you!  This person will be an integral member of our Shipping Services team.  Our Shipping team is a busy department and services all product lines.  LegalZoom.com seeks a driven, “multi-tasker” that enjoys a team-oriented environment. 

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

* Distributes faxes and replenishes fax machines with paper.

* Operates postage meter.

* Works as a liaison between multiple departments.

* Handles FedEx and USPS shipments.

* Performs basic sorting of mail.

* Supports Assistant Shipping Coordinator in daily tasks.

* Performs additional tasks as required.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

* HS Diploma or equivalent.

* Highly organized and proactive.

* Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Internet, and related software applications.

* Professional team player with the ability to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment.
