 Six Sigma Master Black Belt

Key Role:
Manage the development and delivery of Lean Six Sigma projects. Provide leadership by ensuring the appropriate methodology design and deployment of lean events, including Six Sigma projects. Provide oversight and program management to ensure the on-time and high quality delivery of products. Develop and manage key client relationships. Manage projects and ensure their compliance. Generate new client opportunities and work with senior management to develop and deliver against account plans. Maintain responsibility for staff development in the administrative and task teams.

Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-5+ years of experience with Lean Six Sigma product delivery

-5+ years of experience with large concern.

-3+ years of experience with managing project teams with direct responsibility for people development

-5+ years of experience with managing large projects of $1M plus, including client, program, financial, and contracts management

-Experience with organization transformation and design, business process re-engineering, performance and change management, or business requirements definition

-Experience with managing the development and delivery of  Six Sigma projects in manufacturing and transactional settings, lean a plus

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


Education/Certifications or equivalent required:  

BS degree in a related field required

Six Sigma Master Blackbelt certification preferred

Clearance: Preferred
