Specialist Software Development (Identity Management) - 00IM9

The Specialist Software Development will be responsible for providing technical development, support and maintenance for assigned applications. The applications include, but are not limited to Account Management Provisioning System, Timefinders, Wallace Incident Communicator and Identity Management applications. This position requires extensive knowledge of the clients or product area's business functions. Essential Functions of the Job:Works with clients as the technical lead to provide day to day technical support and maintenance. Works with the Technology Project Manager to identify appropriate Identity Management applications and provide development support to implement the product as part of Future Provisioning Strategy. Reviews, prioritizes and manages all development/maintenance/support requests. Manage the distribution of technical tasks to appropriate team members and insures the deliverables meet specification. Insures required work is completed on time. Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret business requirements, their impact on applications and develop appropriate technical designs and strategies. Understand how specific vendor tools fulfill business requirements and provide recommendations to team Assess and recommend system changes based on needs of clients. Recommend other changes to senior management. Ability to make decisions, sometimes with limited information, to keep applications running properly. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Solid analytical abilities Excellent interpersonal, client service and communication skills The ability to work and team effectively with clients and other team members The ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds The ability to react appropriately during crisis situations .Net, SQL Server 2000/2005, Stored Procedures, ASP.Net, C#, AJAX Microsoft IIS and web development experience Experience with Active Directory and Single Sign OnOther Requirements:Be available for Product/Service Line Support 24X7 Flexibility to work nonstandard hours Education requirements:A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience Experience:Approximately 5-7 years of experience in a medium to large environment, performing application development and support. Experience in business analysis and project management is desired Solid background and experience in .Net, SQL Server 2005, Stored Procedures, ASP.Net, C# etc. is required. Experience developing with the Rational Unified Process is desired. Experience with the eProvision tool is also desired. Background in Identity Management is highly desired.NJ-Secaucus
