Specialty Technical Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. We are looking for experienced recruiters with a proven track record in the technical field.  This is a great mid-level position for someone eager to further their career in recruiting and have the opportunity for advancement. A Specialty Recruiter is a recruiter with at least two years experience recruiting high level technical candidates who specifically demonstrates the ability to find, search and place qualified .Net and Java professionals on a national level. A Specialty Recruiter develops a nation wide pipeline of qualified .net and Java professionals, and communicates with Recruiters and Account Managers in all of our 36 Branch offices. We are looking for someone to provide:  § Proven recruiting experience attracting qualified .net and Java professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment  § Ability to establish professional relationships with contract employees on a national level § Experience building and maintaining a network for new business opportunities and referrals to help identify andsource qualified candidates.  § Interviewing and resume screening skills to ensure candidates credentials match with open requirements § Negotiating skills with contracts and contract to hire employees Additionally we continue to train you the skills necessary to prepare you for your next role.       Specifically:   •Management and leadership skills   •Business development techniques and best practices   •How to develop and mentor others  JOB REQUIREMENTS: A successful applicant must:   •A self starter with a high sense of urgency and a strong will to be the best   •Process and Solution oriented   •Ability to build strong relationships   •Ability to be direct and have difficult conversations   •Excellent communication skills   •Excellent organizational skills with solid documentation skills   •Ability to multitask and meet deadlines   •Be energetic and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude   •Must be a team player   •Coach able and receptive to feedback    EXPERIENCE:• A minimum of one year of recruiting experience.  Experience recruitin .net and Java professionals EDUCATION: • Have a Bachelors degree Our environment is fast-paced and recruiters work in an open area called ‘the pit’ where they work together as a team to get positions filled for our clients.
