ACCOUNT MANAGER (ON-SITE) PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:

Responsible for management and delivery of Archway business objectives for assigned client.  These objectives include consistent and timely delivery of Archway services, profitable business management and development, client relationship management, customer satisfaction and effective internal stakeholder interaction.  Also responsible for support, developing and monitoring lean initiative, supply chain optimization, inventory optimization and implementing continuous improvement action plans.

 MAJOR AREAS OF PERFORMANCE:

· Financial accountabilities include revenue growth, cost control, billing and overall account profitability for assigned account (s).

· Oversees and ensures programs are delivered as promised to the client.

· Ensures contractual obligations are met or exceeded (SLA)

· Issue management – stays on top of client issues, deliverables and escalations to ensure the timely resolution of issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention

· Play “consultative” business partner role with client to enhance their marketing efforts and their reliance on Archway to execute their marketing programs

· Build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients throughout the entire client organization.

· Work with the General Manager to develop and execute Strategic Account Plan to achieve assigned sales, profit and service objectives.

· Implement Continuous Improvement Action Plans (CIAP) for client services

· Execution of Strategic Account Plan

· Provide continuing updates on the overall status of account(s) to Archway management.

· Work with finance department to ensure timely collection of invoiced services.

· Support and maintain all corporate quality standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions as outlined in the company quality system documentation.

· Work with client to ensure operational “Best Practices” for execution of all supply chain activities

· Regular and punctual attendance

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed to meet the needs of the organization.

 QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS) REQUIRED:

· Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.

· 5-10 years Supply Chain experience

· 3-10 years sales or inventory Management experience.

· Strong organizational skills to create, manage, and execute a successful account development plan.

· Proven track record of key account management and major account sales.

· Effective oral and written communication skills in order to ensure accurate transference of information between associates, clients and prospects.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast paced changing environment.

· Ability to meet and exceed business objectives.

· Ability to work independently (self starter) but also work well in a team environment.

· Ability to work without close supervision especially when encountering new accounts and situations.

· Polished presentation skills; comfortable and confident presenting in front of a large group of people.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Ability to evaluate all facts presented and make appropriate business decisions.

· API CS certification a plus
