Location/s: Arlington, VARelocation: NoTravel: >10% local travel only Performance Profile: Provide subject matter expertise to the project team and client on acquisition lifecycle activities for a large-scale DoD IT Services re-compete Provide advice and support on acquisition strategy and regulatory requirements (FAR, DFARS) Lead a small team of acquisition and program office resources in producing documentation required by DoD Acquisition regulation (e.g., DoD 5000.2, JCIDS) Provide advice and support in drafting of solicitation documents (e.g., Performance Work Statements, Independent Government Cost Estimates) Provide advice and support in Source Selection activitiesPosition-specific Required Skills: 2+ years of consulting experience 3+ years experience in DoD acquisition environment Must be able to pass a background clearance checkPosition-specific Desired Skills: Large-scale DoD IT acquisitions experience preferred Familiarity with FAR or DFAR Producing documentation in compliance with DoD Milestones Decisions, PWS, SOW and POW Acquisition lifecycle best practices Experienced in performance based contracting (2+ years) Source selection best practices DAWIA certification a plusBearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
