About the Opportunity - Interpret state commission requirements from regulations and commission agreements providing appropriate communication to all levels of Energy Delivery. - Analytically assess gaps in state requirements versus actual performance (i.e. reliability O&M / Capital spend, staffing, inspection and maintenance) - Frequently work in cross-functional team environment with various disciplines including Rates, Legal, Finance as well as all Energy Delivery departments. - Perform queries and data analysis of results from various database applications. - Be a champion of performance improvement by identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement in timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency. - Participate in team efforts to prepare, validate, and assemble periodic reports to regulatory bodies such as the PUCO and PaPUC. - Track progress made by the Operating Companies in the area of reliability and other regulatory requirements. - Produce and present factual information both internally (within the company) and externally to regulatory bodies and other as needed.

Qualifications

Required

Excellent verbal and written skills Excellent and proven analytical skills including problem solving with tenacity to get results.

Proven ability to analyze and develop conclusions from data - Demonstrated confidence and ability to seek variance explanations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a priority perspective

Ability to learn CREWS, GIS, PowerOn and SAP - Ability to learn Hyperion Intelligence (Brio). Proficient in MS office products

Proven drive to for high quality work products with an attention to detail.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
