Sr. Quality Analyst

What do we look for in a Sr. Quality Analyst?

• 3-5 years experience solid technology experience
• Minimum of 3 years testing experience in such areas as users acceptance testing, application
  and unit level testing, writing system test cases, executing system tests, creating regression test
  plans and documenting defects

• Working knowledge of established methodologies
• Experience with internet testing and automated test tools
• Experience with change and problem management
• Experience in all phases of software development
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and identify logical business applications
• Experience with creating and documenting a reliable testing process
• Superior problem solving as well as oral and written communication skills

Specific Responsibilities:

• Write either manual or automated test scripts
• Execute tests and document software defects
• Come up to speed quickly on new systems
• Document and report test results
• Communicate with project team to gather and refine requirements
• Make process improvement recommendations
• Strong follow through skills
