Staffing Manager - Inland Empire

Placement Company in the Inland Empire is Looking for an Experienced Staffing or Recruiting Manager

 

The successful candidate for this position will run the day-to-day operations & management of the office, including P & L responsibilities. Your duties would also include mentoring, coaching, training, eventually hiring staff as needed & running own recruiting desk.
 
With the current Branch Manager directing the business development, your primary focus will be on recruiting & service delivery.  We are building a strong team in the Inland Empire and we need you to jump in, roll up your sleeves and help us make it happen.
 
If you have previous staffing experience but would rather not have the grind & pressure of being solely responsible for business development, this unique opportunity may be for you.

Our focus is on accounting/finance, executive administration, human resources, sales, marketing, & clerical positions. We don't place for the light industrial market. Our placements range from temp, to contract or temp-to-hire, to direct hire.

Base salaries are very competitive, negotiable depending on experience. Additionally we offer one of the strongest commission & bonus plans in the industry, with full benefits.

Requirements

Recruiting experience required, in addition to previous experience managing people. Staffing industry experience is preferred..
 
Must have a stable work history, a track record of success & strong professional references.
 
4-year college degree preferred but we will consider industry experience in lieu of education for the right candidate.
 
Must have excellent communication & computer skills
