POSITION PURPOSE:

 

This is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in an exciting new company. You’ll be involved with our team on a variety of creative projects.

 

This unpaid internship is to give a highly motivated talented individual excellent experience and school credit.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development strategy: market analysis and research of new business opportunities

Sales strategy:

§  Help build the commercial inspections sales strategy

§  Assist management in enhancing the sales and growth strategy for home inspections

Sales support: provide tactical assistance to outside sales team to improve effectiveness

Coordinate improvements in the operational activities of the business: access database optimization / salesforce optimization, etc.

Financial analysis: assist management in ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Must have excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills, ability to resolve problems and a strong customer service background.  Attention to detail is also essential.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PorwePoint. Familiarity with database software packages a plus

Online research skills

Ability to interface effectively with multiple departments and programs.
