Specifically, these individuals will play a change role in enterprise / global change programs as part of a larger project team providing Enterprise Transformation or Technology Enabled Transformation (ERP/SAP). In this position, the candidate will play a role in delivery of large complex change projects that may include: Designing and conducting organizational readiness assessments Developing change strategy & plans Developing and executing communications strategy and plans Developing and executing training strategy & plans Aligning the leadership, organization, jobs, competencies, and performance management processes Required Strategic Change Criteria: Ten (10+) years experience working for top-tier Big 5 consultancy firms specializing in Change Management around ERP/SAP engagements Seven (7+) years experience developing Change Management, Communication, and Training strategies and plans for large / global organizations Seven (7+) years experience leading Change Management, Communications and Training strategy, planning and implementation in a large project environment Seven (7+) years knowledge of current industry Change Management methods and tools Process modeling Facilitation of requirements gathering or process design Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project Preferred experience with enterprise wide projects and enterprise system implementations Candidates must currently reside in the following locations: Atlanta; Chicago; NYC, NY; Warren, NJ; Northern CaliforniaPreferred candidates will also possess the following skills and attributes: Develop credibility with people at all organizational levels Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence Proficient with MS Office products-Word, Excel, PowerPoint Able and willing to travel extensively (75-100%) Able to work independently, as well as perform in team-based environments Excellent oral and written communication skills Exemplary facilitation, analytical and project management skills Manage client expectations BearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
