POSITION PURPOSE
Sales professional will be responsible for revenue growth in a defined territory. Employee will be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customers’ business and establish a value proposition that results in new business. Sales Executive is a hunter role and will focus time on prospecting and selling new customers. Employee will act as the representative for two or more Recall business units, identifying opportunities and introducing the appropriate resources necessary to complete the transaction and ensure transition of the customer to the account management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet or exceed assigned quotas
Complete all administrative functions on time including the administration of SalesForce.com
Ability to sell to and manage senior-level relationships (Director, VP, CIO, CFO)
Responsible for managing a balanced pipeline across all divisions - achieving targets for pipeline opportunity revenue value and activities/tasks to advance opportunities which will ensure meeting business line quotas
Responsible for retention and growth/penetration activities including contract renewals – includes opportunity pipeline reviews of up-sell and cross-sell activities.
Responsible for prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels (silver and gold) across all divisions
Professional and trade organization involvement preferred
Responsible for maintaining a professional dress code and appropriate business conduct
Must be a team player working closely with operations, representatives from other business units and external partners
Conducts monthly and quarterly business reviews
BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience
Some travel may be required
Position Qualifications
· BS/BA degree required
· Minimum 5+ years experience in direct B2B sales environment, preferably in services environment
· Ability to be successful in an environment of continuous improvements and stretch targets
· Responsible for making complex sales across two or more Recall service lines
· Ability to sell to and manage to all levels of relationships including Director, VP, CIO, CFO
· Responsible for using a consultative selling approach and major account strategy development
· Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
· Must be a team player working closely with operations, representatives from other business units, and external partners
· Responsible for prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels (small, medium and large)
· Strong analytical skills
· Must be adaptable, innovative, and professional
· Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools)
· Professional and trade organization involvement preferred
