Supervisor, Customer Service The customer service supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all of the processes performed to promote adjudication of claims. Providing support, training, development and guidance to the Customer Service Representatives in their daily activities. Interacts with personnel within the CBO and the practice plans who are responsible for performing other revenue cycle processes. Job Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a professional billing environment or other health care environment required. Supervisory experience preferred.
