Phoenix Ink is an International Company building our first Inside Sales (Vender) Rep staff. The Chicago Metro area will be part of our first roll-out with other cities nation wide to follow. We are a retail recycling company. The product we represent is recycled we give our customers an opportunity to save money and impact our planet from a green point of view. This is a Retail Sales Leadership position. We are seeking individuals with retail sales and supervisor/management experience. More important will be someone with the ability to work at multiple retail store fronts and build lasting relationships with the personnel at these locations and lead a staff of 8-20 Sales Reps. We need people who are Energetic, Motivated, Dependable and Passionate about what they do. You must have a valid Drivers license and your own transportation. Background investigation and drug testing will be required. Our pay is competitive and we pay certain expenses. This is a fulltime position.
Purpose of Position:
The Inside Sales Team Supervisor will participate in a wide range of field based Sales activities and be adept at leveraging resources, information flow, and communications. This role requires an individual who is hands-on with strong technical and practical abilities, is collaborative and positive, adept at knowledge transfer, and has excellent communications and interpersonal skills. The Inside Sales Team Supervisor will act as a role model, setting high professional standards, excellent responsiveness, embrace top quality service delivery and demonstrate a passion for customer satisfaction. There will be a degree of travel required across the Chicago Metro Area. The Inside Sales Team Supervisor position requires flexibility and willingness to travel, and in instances work to highly flexible hours.

Because the CE22 Ink Station is computer controlled, there are no knobs, dials or switches master or days of training to undertake. Simply select the model of cartridge on the touch screen, follow the on-screen step by step instructions and the semi automated system will fill the cartridge using it’s unique computer controlled multi vacuum chambers and precise digitally controlled ink delivery system. The Ink Station also has fixed filling stations for non- sponge cartridges.
Once the cartridge is filled, the Ink Station will then printout a bar coded adhesive ticket to be placed on the stores packaging. The system then logs the sale in its Sales Control Software (SCS) providing a daily sale report facility. The Ink Station can also be fitted with Point of Sale software which will print out a sales ticket, bar code scanner for other products such as compatible cartridges giving a complete kiosk solution.
The CE22 Ink Station can also be connected to a main server via a standard Internet connection to report on individual machine sales and stock levels within a store chain or franchise group environment. This means that the Ink Station can automatically be updated with new cartridges as they are released onto the market. The CE22 Ink Station is made from the latest light weight materials and has a unique modular design
The CE22 Ink Station is fitted with an atomized spray cleaning unit to clean cartridge printing heads and cartridge exhausting units to remove old ink from the cartridge before filling. The CE22 Ink Station uses high powered vacuum pumps, thus eliminating the need for noisy and bulky air compressors in an in-store environment.

Minimum requirements
Able to work legally in the United States, High School Graduate or equivalent GED, ability to work nights, weekends, and fluctuating shifts. Able to stand for long periods of time, minimum of 2 years Retail Sales or related experience required. The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.
