We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant, Supply Chain Management A great candidate will be able to provide direct support to Supply Chain Management and is a customer service liaison for all company entities and offices worldwide. Creates and distributes reports worldwide to effectively manage inventory stock levels and to increase purchasing efficiencies as well. Responsible to correspond to all offices regarding product availability and status. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of diversified employees including the board of directors. Supports the four corporate primary objectives: safe and responsible diver acquisition and retention; member acquisition and retention; financial prosperity; global operational alignment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Support International Supply Chain Management Director with budgetary responsibilities and staff team members with administrative duties as assigned.· Enter all product international orders in MACOLA and convert them from quotes to orders.· Correspond with international offices regarding their orders, maintain back-order requests, provide credit memos and maintain all electronic records.· Run company errands for the entire department as needed, since driving is an essential duty for this position, a valid drivers license is required.· Create weekly purchasing report and distribute to appropriate personnel; file purchase orders and maintain PO archives.· Participate in month-end closing and annual physical inventory.Other Duties may be assigned. Skills / Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Advanced level experience in Excel, Manufacturing Systems and Crystal Reporting is preferred. Four years experience in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment preferred. Inventory control, materials and supply chain management background preferred. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Good communications skills and excellent writing (correspondence) skills. Accurately type 50 words per minute. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities successfully. Ability to interact effectively with peers and all levels of personnel. Strong commitment to serve the goals and direction of the company Worldwide. Ability to use Excel and Word at an advanced level including but not limited to creating pivot tables. Customer-service oriented and strong team playing skills. Must be politically astute. High level of confidentiality.
