Through our brands Grand Circle Travel and Overseas Adventure Travel, we have served more than 1.5 million Americans since our beginnings in 1958. In the past 10 years alone, we’ve opened 44 worldwide, employ some 3,000 people worldwide, and built our own award-winning fleet of more than 50 small ships to serve our travelers.
Our successes now lead us to actively recruit qualified candidates to join us at our world headquarters in Boston. We are currently seeking Telesales Travel Counselors to join our team. In this fast paced, inbound call center sales role, you will strive to achieve sales goals by selling Grand Circle Corporation vacations to all corners of the world such as Chile, India, Egypt, Botswana, and Antarctica.
We will provide you with a solid base salary and commission plan, the necessary training to understand and sell travel packages, and the chance to change the lives of our new and seasoned travelers
Position ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual sales and quality goals by selling GCC products and servicesAchieve or exceed closing rate (conversion) goals set by departmentConsistently communicate all required information to our travelersUnderstand and effectively communicate the details of each productMaintain adherence to fixed schedules to support call volume
Our Successful Candidate will have the following qualificationsTwo or more years solid sales experienceDemonstrated ability to attain goals, own results, and continually work to improve skillsProven closing skills and verbal communications skillsStrong computer skills and attention to detailDesire to provide a positive phone experience to our travelers by offering a high level of quality customer service
