We currently have an excellent career opportunity for a Tax Staff in the individual tax area, working closely and confidentially with our own partners. Using cutting-edge technology and working with team-oriented colleagues, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for securing and analyzing client tax data used in the preparation of tax compliance products. Responsibilities Analyze data and prepare workpapers based on professional standards. Process data and convert it to a compliance product. Determine the accuracy and completeness of the compliance product and perform quality assurance procedures. Prepare the product for delivery. File the compliance product electronically. Perform other related duties, as required. Establish/maintain long-term working relationships with clients. Share knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery. Facilitate communications and provide ample assistance to team members. Leverage technology to continually maximize productivity. Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters development. To qualify, candidates must have: a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an associate's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of tax-related or other relevant experience general knowledge or coursework in tax laws excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability strong written and verbal communication skills a commitment to learning and a tax technology environment proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsPR-Hato Rey
