We are currently seeking a Manager to participate in and supervise multiple and challenging transfer pricing engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services for our diverse clients.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations. Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services/work products.Identify transfer pricing opportunities. Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services. Manage the work of client service team members. Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions. Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
