We also help clients understand the financial implications and manage the risk associated with their employee benefit plans. We are currently seeking a Health and Welfare Senior Manager to manage the technical, business, and personnel aspects of health and welfare projects and to assist in business development and marketing efforts for existing and prospective clients. This professional will have the opportunity to support and lead dedicated staff and develop his/her career as an integral member of our client services team. Responsibilities Participate in re-designing health and welfare plans, pre-merger due diligence, post-merger integration, the development of paid time-off programs, and the implementation of strategies to manage health and welfare costs. Assist with vendor selection and management. Apply project management skills and technical and business knowledge to ensure that the quality of work products and project deliverables meet clients' expectations. Help grow and sustain ongoing client relationships. Coordinate staffing and fulfillment on projects. Supervise and provide leadership to staff. Initiate and participate in business development/marketing activities. Assist in developing the EY thought leadership culture (i.e., assisting with the development of standard methodologies and sharing best practices). To qualify, candidates must have:a bachelor's degree in mathematics or business, a master's degree a plus approximately 8-10 years of related health and welfare, preferably in a professional services environment ASA-FSA preferred or close to obtaining willingness and desire to develop business strong client interaction skills strong project-management skills strong follow-through, attention-to-detail and quality-minded excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and team-building skills ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment willingness to travel TX-Dallas
