ResponsibilitiesResearch tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific client needs. Exercise a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in providing tax services. Perform work efficiently, on time and within budget. Become familiar with tax practice services, processes, roles and go-to-market strategies. Build a foundation of business knowledge to support development and career growth. Display teamwork, integrity and leadership qualities. Support colleagues and value others' contributions.
