Team Leader

PSI (www.policy-studies.com), is a rapidly expanding, nationally recognized provider of outsourcing, technology, and consulting services to health and human services organizations.This position serves as the first-line supervisor for site staff. Responsibilities include: • Planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating workflow; • Scheduling and organizing personnel to accommodate anticipated workflow; • Coordinating work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements and/or program deliverables; • Recognizing and recommending operational improvements; • The day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures; • May monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards; • Handling complex or escalated issues; • Conducting performance appraisals and may make hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will typically possess the following:• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
