Technical Manager III (Economist) needed in Oakland, CA

Position required a Bachelors of Science preferably in Economics.  15+ years experience required in resource economics for USACE, other Federal agencies, or CA DWR.  Candidate should be skilled in economics specifically planning and economic methods of USACE.
