We are expanding our recruiting organization to bring on employees who can strengthen our existing recruiting team with their professional experience.

Responsibilities

Handle the technical recruitment efforts for the assigned client.



Plan for smooth transaction with vendors, candidates and managers by following the PROCESS and staying on top of contracts, rates and making sure that the consultants are deployed on the projects without any hiccups.

Improve your odds of submitting the most qualified candidates and giving the managers the best possible choice by covering all avenues of getting the candidates (internal, external databases).

Build a strong list of consultants in the applicant tracking systems.

Build a strong rapport with consultants.

Career Path:

Handle multiple Requirements (Direct End Client) Hire and Manage a team of recruiter to work on your Direct client requirements and oversee recruiter to satisfy the client needs.

Must Have :

Aggressive Dynamic Attitude

Strong and Rapid Technical Recruiting experience Strong experience in interacting with managers and understanding complex requirements Strong Network of Recruiting & Vendor Contacts Strong Rate/Salary Negotiation skills with employees/contractors Good Presentation and Communication skills

Compensation:

Depends on experience and the business generated by the practice. Salary + Quarterly Bonus will be offered. Benefits also include Medical Plan, 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick leave, 401k, etc.
