Embedded Resource Group is a Technical staffing firm located near Santana Row in San Jose and is in search of a Recruiter and Account Manager.

About You

 

You are a hard working, ethical, highly self-motivated Recruiter or Account Manager who has the ability to build relationships that result in high-quality job orders and placements.  Our management style is hands-off so it is important you can set your own goals and reach them.

If you’re interested so far, here is a description of the day to day activities for the Account Manager:

 

-  Prospecting to hiring managers of Bay Area high-tech companies

-  Consistently make sales call and schedule frequent offsite client relationship visits

-  Drive the hiring process from start to completion

-  Ability to secure job orders and transfer the job description so our in-house Technical Recruiters  can efficiently find top tier candidates for your job orders

 

Here is a description of the day to day activities for the Recruiter:

 

-  Ability to find quality candidates for contract and perm placement positions

- Develop long-term relationships with quality candidates

- Generate leads during daily activities


Here are the specifications:

 

-  Solid software and internet skills.  Experience with an ATS is a plus

-  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-  Promote long-term business relationships

-  Highly self motivated and self-starter who thrives on being in a management free environment
