Technical Support Representative

 iPayment Inc. (IPMT) Calabasas, CA We are one of the fastest growing providers of credit and debit card-based payment processing services to small merchants. As of January 1, 2007, we provided our services to approximately 180,000 small merchants located across the United States. Our payment processing services enable our merchants to process both traditional card-present, or swipe transactions, as well as card-not-present transactions over the Internet or by mail, fax or telephone. We market and sell our services primarily through over 850 independent sales groups, which gives us a non-employee, external sales force representing more than 3,000 sales professionals. 

We are looking for for highly motivated career-minded individuals to work in a fast paced call center environment. Reps needed to assist customers with terminal troubleshooting and must have knowledge of PC based programs including Windows and POS equipment. Candidate must possess a high level of attentiveness and ability to multi-task. Call center, bank or bankcard experience preferred. Bilingual a plus.
