Technical Support Specialist - Ramsey

Currently we seek a professional for the role of Technical Support Specialist. This role will provide telephone support and diagnostic assistance to all KMBS technical channels regarding our new Konica Minolta vCare product. vCare can perform remote product diagnostics and communicate information such as meter reading and critical support system errors back to the KMBS home office.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshooting for vCare via the Systems Solutions Group hotline program.Utilization of call tracking systems and solution development.Provide support on all Konica Minolta controller models and network related issues.Utilization of assigned workstation with required services, protocols and network operating systems for effective real time support.Provide concise well formulated reports using industry standard spreadsheets and word processing applications.Work an 8 hour flex shift to accommodate a 12 hour support day.

REQUIREMENTS: Will be required to obtain Konica Minolta certification on current multi-functional printers.Field Technical Service experience a MUST.Strong technical diagnostic ability.Excellent communication, verbal and written skills a MUST.CNE, MCSE of BS in CPU Science (with a major in programming) a +.
