As a result of this growth at Quill, we have experienced exceptional internal career growth and are looking to expand our team of dedicated and talented professionals as we drive growth and add Brands to the Quill Portfolio.At Quill, we strive to be a truly great company, one that people are proud to work for, offering an inclusive environment where each member of our diverse and talented team can develop and make a difference. We are currently searching for a Technology Sales Specialist for our Headquarters in Lincolnshire, IL. Job Description: The Technology Sales Specialist on the Quill Inside Sales team develops and maintains effective relationships with current Quill customers and converts technology leads into sales.Establishes a positive rapport to improve customer loyalty.Keeps accurate records of all key technology customer account activities within the Goldmine system, and uses the information for ongoing reference.Maintains a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products, designs and trends within the technology industry in order to remain competitive in the marketplace.Monitors customer accounts by initiating calls to follow up on orders, assess future needs and ensure timely and undamaged deliveries.Maintains minimum activity levels; plans for and achieves weekly and monthly goals. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years inside sales experience Proven ability to manage full sales cycle with prospective and current accounts over the phone, while consistently reaching or exceeding activity and sales/margin goals. Previous office technology sales experience with a solid knowledge of technology products.Demonstrates strong organizational skills and very effective oral and written communication skills. Associates degree in business or marketing, or equivalent in related experience/training. Applicants must be authorized and, except in extenuating circumstances, readily available to work in the United States for purposes other than practical training and without the need for employer sponsorship of non-immigrant work visas.
