                                               TelemarketerJob Purpose:Help guide applicants through the process of obtaining their general contractor's license.Job Description:This is a part-time job with morning shifts (8:30am -2:30pm) and afternoon shifts (2:30pm - 8:30pm) available.  We take orders over the phone for reference material that individuals use to study in order to get their general contractor's license.  Most of the calls are inbound.  Some calls are outbound or outbound follow-up calls, but there is no cold calling.

Duties: Receive inbound calls Make follow-up calls to the clients Take product orders over the phone Make some outbound calls Process credit card transactions

Skills / Qualifications: Strong work ethic Excellent phone & communication skills Bilingual a plus
