We are rapidly expanding our TeleSales Team in Allentown, PA!! Basic Function: Coordinates business unit specific new hire training as appropriate. Delivers ADP University core curriculum; Tele Web Sales curriculum to new associates, provides coaching and reinforcement in person as well as remotely. Designs new Tele Web sales level courses; and provides consultation to management regarding training needs.Essential Responsibilities1) Delivery of Tele Web Sales Training - Delivers Tele Web sales training for new hires and tenured associates. Revises participant training manuals, job aids, visual aids and class materials. Educates, coaches and counsels clients toward effective and self-sustaining sales skills and outcomes.2) Coaching to Sales Reps – Provides coaches and guidance to sales reps on their customer dialogue and selling techniques. 3) Instructional Design - Designs and develops courses or instructional programs. Uses appropriate instructional design methods including needs analysis, adult learning principles, instructional strategies and techniques, evaluation. Uses appropriate resources and research; works effectively with Subject Matter Expert. 4) Client Relationship - Develops and maintains effective working relationships with clients and their organizations. Effectively contracts and provides appropriate follow up to ensure that specific client needs are met. 5) Continuous Improvement – On an ongoing basis, assesses program effectiveness and notes points for follow up, enhancement or revision. Identifies needs and opportunities for enhanced leadership growth and development programs.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:1) Education: Bachelors Degree in HR, OD, or related field required. Or relevant 3-5 sales experience selling ADP or like products. .Masters Degree preferred.2) Experience: Extensive Line Business or Telesales experience required. 2 - 4 years experience in an OD or training environment with a provenproficiency in conducting sales training programs; some prior experience with instructional design is desired. 3) Competencies and Generic Skills:? Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Must be able to work independently in setting agenda and schedule. Excellent presentation skills are essential.? Ability to establish credibility with client base as a valuable resource and consultant in sales leadership development. ? Ability to effectively balance theory and practical application of course content and learning objectives.?
