Purpose of the Territory Manager:

The mission of the Territory Manager is to drive business growth, maximize profitability and ensure the quality of member service in the territory.  Specific responsibilities include:

·  People Management & Leadership: Select, manage, develop and support the Service Provider staff. Lead the staff recruitment and selection processes. Build and develop a motivated and committed team. Ensure that leaders and receptionists deliver superior service resulting in members coming back to meetings and being successful. 

·  Meeting Management and Member Experience: Create and build high meeting quality thru regular meeting quality checks (meeting visits), coachings and thru effective collaboration with Training. Responsible for member satisfaction, building successful meetings in new markets, local promotions & marketing initiatives and responding to member feedback.

·  Business Performance: Take ownership and drive the business of the area. Responsible for growing territory attendance, increasing profit margins, and managing capital expenditures (expenses) and budget.

·  Prior supervisory/management experience. (3-5 years)

·  Computer knowledge – Microsoft Word and Excel.

·  Flexible and able to handle various priorities and changes in schedule. Available to work weekends and travel throughout the Territory.

·  Maintaining your weight within two pounds of the Weight Watchers weight goal range.
