Territory Sales Manager

A national consumer goods company is currently expanding it's direct full time sales force and is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (TSM's) to cover the West Texas market centralizing around the cities of Lubbock and Abilene.  TSM's call responsibility will be at both chain headquarters and retail storefront coverage (chain and independent) located within the West Texas market.

Job Description:
TSM's are responsible for attaining established sales volume objectives, product distribution, implementation of marketing programs and promotional activities with the ability to accomplish long and short range sales/ distribution objectives.

The successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter, organized, flexible, goal oriented, results driven individual with a minimum of two (2) years of outside selling experience with consumer products, preferably in the tobacco area and willing to accept a limited travel schedule.

We offer a starting salary in the low to mid $40K level, $135 weekly auto allowance, medical, 401k with employer match, profit sharing, reimbursed business expenses, two weeks vacation, paid holidays, lap top computer, and cell phone.
