Help develop Training Strategy including audience analysis, training capabilities assessment, role based curricula development, courseware development approach, and learning environment assessment Plan, design, and develop custom end-user training including instructor-led and interactive eLearning for ERP implementations. o Create course content based on desired delivery medium (ILT classroom materials, web-based training, computer-based training, etc)o Develop online content in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) using multimedia authoring tools (such as Macromedia Dreamweaver, Camtasia, Captivate and Flash). Use standard Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and image editing software (i.e. Adobe PhotoShop,PaintShop Pro, Fireworks) to create materialso Work with business process leads, functional leads, and configuration / development teams to capture process / workflow / screen information and convert into course content (using appropriate tools) Assist with preparations of delivery environment for the delivery of training (e.g. populating training environment with data). Test courseware and works with business and functional leads to validate Assist, provide QA oversight, and deliver training per strategy and plans Position-specific Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology or Instructional Design or related field 2-5+ years participating in or leading training teams in a consulting capacity 2-5+ years developing training content for ERP systems for both instructor-led and web-based training 2-5+ years experience in design and delivery of web-based software simulations and online help using software tools (such as InfoPak, OnDemand, Robohelp, or Captivate) 2-5+ years experience utilizing a Learning Management System (such as SumTotal, Plateau, Saba, or Learn.com) and/or Learning Content Management System to upload and launch web-based courses.
