Treasury Analyst 2-3  Job Responsibilities:TRW Treasury has an immediate opportunity its Livonia office for the qualified candidate to become a key member of the Treasury team.  The Treasury Analyst position has responsibility for assisting with budgeting and monitoring the Company’s interest expense and reporting to senior management; for assisting with the development and implementation of financial strategies to mitigate interest rate risk in changing financial markets; for assisting with the identification of opportunities to de-lever the Company’s capital structure and for implementing strategies for taking advantage of those opportunities; for assisting with monitoring compliance with the Company’s various credit agreements; for managing TRW’s portfolio of intercompany loans; for administering and managing TRW’s portfolio of equipment and real estate leases; and other related responsibilities.  Opportunities could develop for this position’s responsibilities to expand to other areas of Treasury, including assisting with the management of foreign currency exchange risk and participating in the implementation of Treasury systems initiatives. In fulfilling his/her responsibilities, the Treasury Analyst interacts with various outside parties including investment bankers, commercial bankers and leasing companies, and works closely with members of TRW’s senior management team. Qualifications: 5-7 years experience in a Finance, Treasury or related position.  Prior experience with leasing a plus Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets and finance theory. Propensity to take ownership of assignments; self-driven. Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and communication skills. Solid working knowledge of Excel worksheet software and Hyperion.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics required.  MBA, CFA or CPA a plus.
