Trusted Agent, Port Manatee, Florida

Senture is seeking Trusted Agents for the Port Manatee, Florida area.  The Trusted Agent position is to support the enrollment process for the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) program.  The TWIC program will develop and deploy a biometric authenticated credential system for transportation industry workers across the United States.  The result is a uniform, nationwide standard for secure identification of transportation workers that links an individual and the background information on the claimed identity of that individual to his/her credential via a reference biometric.  In administering the enrollment process, Trusted Agents must possess the following qualifications:

· Minimum 1 year experience working in an office setting, preferably in customer service and data entry fields.

· Ability to schedule appointments using web-based applications.

· Ability to acquire biometrics, verify identity, and scan approved documents.

· Ability to process, enter, and update personal data into software applications.

· Ability to type 40 words per minute (WPM) or 8,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH).

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to successfully pass a criminal background investigation and credit check.

· Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel), and office hardware.

· Must be a US Citizen.

· Previous experience processing credentials a plus.

· Existing Security Clearance a plus:  (minimum Security Clearance Requirement:  Confidential (C)).

· Candidates will need to complete the hands-on training exercises presented in the training class and pass the test at the end of the training class.
