VP Strategic Programs - Enterprise Security

Day to Day Work Responsible for thought leadership, solutions, go to market, portfolio, sales and delivery readiness for enterprise security. Develop a unified global strategic plan for enterprise security that enhances GIs competitive position, reputation and brand and aligns with corporate strategic initiatives. Examine the existing Unisys enterprise security solution set and portfolio and make recommendations for packaged offerings for market validation and acceptability and will be influential working with analysts and advisors. Instrumental as the GI lead for enterprise security solutions and services portfolio development/enhancement and market credibility across all aspects of the portfolio. Develop and maintain a three-year rolling business plan. Develop and track a balanced scorecard. Work closely with Finance, Operations, HR and Sales and will be responsible for the market share element. Create a strong team inspiring them to interact and coordinate with Operations to ensure credible portfolio development and match market messaging around service offerings to: Business Development Executives in new business pursuits; Existing Unisys Account Executives; Support corporate marketing activities and branding; and, HR for future talent needs.
