Title:  VP of Administration

 Oversee the day-to-day functions of the accounting, contracts, IT, HR, Security and graphics and Business Development departments.Manage a functional staff of 6-7 direct reports and 20-25 indirect reportsAssist the CEO with rolling forecasts, budgets, what-if scenarios and other aspects of the strategic planning and growth strategies for the organization.Implement policies and procedures within departments or within the overall organization as necessary.Liaison with DCAA Auditors, outside accounting firm and various consultants.Organize and lead special projects.

 

Skills

 Proven leader with the ability to manage large teams and maximize the abilities of the people on their team.Problem-solver; recognize issues before they become problems and implement processes to mitigate risk, increase efficiencies and maximize current resources.Thorough understanding of government contract accounting and contracts.Prior experience managing P&L for an organization supporting the federal government is a MUST!!Service oriented to both internal and external customers.
